On Friday 13 January, Dr Kate Sullivan de Estrada, together with Professor Amrita Narlika of GIGA and Assistant Professor Manjari Chatterjee Miller of Boston University, spoke at a launch event for the special edition of International Affairs published this month, held at The German Institute of Global and Area Studies (GIGA), Hamburg.
The event followed similar launches in Oxford and at Chatham House in London the day before.
